Karen was good at prepping and timing. She had strong negotiating skills and she was very responsive.

Working with Brian was great, from the get-go he was sending me personalized MLS searches and adjusted them immediately to my wants. Brian is a dedicated professional that will guide you through the whole process and even burn the midnight oil to submit an offer for you. He has excellent communication skills and is quickly responsive via text, phone or email with any questions I had. Another aspect I liked about Brian is that he is personable, easy to talk with which allowed him to better understand what I was looking for. I was looking for a niche property with certain 'must-haves', Brian was on top of it! I would highly recommend Brian, he will go the extra mile for you!
