Have you ever gone through something like buying a home & thought, "I wish I had a friend who was a realtor that could help me with all of this"? Well, we didn't know Frances when we met her, but she became "that" friend. She was every bit the realtor we hoped for & more. She was very patient with us, very responsive, always available to answer questions. I can't say enough positive things about our experience working with her to find a home. We never felt at any time during the process that we weren't valued & important. Given the market conditions & search criteria, she made it tremendously easy to find a home. We hadn't made a home purchase in over 14 years & this was only our 2nd time buying. we were pretty nervous & felt pretty overwhelmed during the whole process since we started looking a week before COVID shut everything down. Brigit always found the answers to our questions about listing quickly and always got back to us within 24 hours, even on the weekends! Brigit was patient through the entire process. She did not rush us into listing but continued to check in to see if we needed anything and just to see how things were going. She encouraged the pre-inspection of our home. Selling our house is stressful and the pre-inspection allowed us to make repairs on our time and budget before listing.
