As first time home buyers, we knew little more than what you can find on the internet - she helped us understand the terminology, our options, what things to be looking for, what should raise red flags, etc. The overall experience of working with her really set the bar for the kind of relationship you should build with the person who is helping you find what could be the home you live in forever - that's a lot of pressure! Her attentiveness to details, remembering what we liked and didn't like about each house we saw (and we saw a LOT!) and her willingness to come at it each meeting with fresh eyes and a new perspective really helped us when we started to lose hope we would ever find our home (in the middle of a pandemic, no less!) I can't say enough about Elaine and how wonderful she was; I truly believe we would not have gotten to the point of purchasing a home if we were working with anyone else. It was such a blessing to work with her!
