She was 100% perfect and that is why I returned to her

Teresa gave us incisive information and direction for showcasing our house that
resulted in attracting a buyer who appreciated the love and care we invested over the 23 years we owned the house. Our house sold
the first day to the first viewer and we signed acceptance contract before Liz Moore sign was installed.

Of course those traits are critical in a wonderful realtor, but my favorite thing about working with Kathy was her kindness, calmness, and understanding of all the stress involved with such a big purchase. She listened to all of our concerns, was completely empathetic and never tried to pressure or rush us. Kathy is a friendly, warm person and made us feel totally comfortable. It was a pleasure to spend time house hunting with her.

Kathy told me �my job is not to sell you something, it is to guide you to help you make the best decision for your family, whatever that may be.� Kathy was reassuring and honest in her impressions of the houses we saw, and realistic when discussing the work they might need.

Without hesitation, I would recommend Kathy to my friends and family if they were looking for a home, and I will absolutely call her if I am buying or selling in the future. It is a rarity to be grateful for having had the opportunity to work with someone, but that is exactly how we feel about Kathy Rhule!

Jake was really wonderful to work with because he cared so much about finding us the perfect home, which he did! He gave us a
kind nudge to start looking at homes and we quickly found our perfect home. This was our first home buying experience and we are
