Knowing that we would be out of the country during closing, she arranged everything to be done in advance and kept us apprised via email of each step in the closing process. Megan Costa was an exceptional agent! She was very knowledgeable, friendly and truly cared about our needs. No matter what time of day or night it was, if I had a question Megan would respond. We had a very unique home in an area that would take a specific buyer. Some of the homes in our area would set for months, even a year and not sell, due to the uniqueness of the area.
