Eli has always been patient and encouraging, during our long search for a new home. (She always made herself available when we called at the last minute, even when she was quite busy and never once rushed us.Eli jumped right in when we showed an interest in a “sale by owner” property. She wasn’t afraid of the extra work it took to get a lot of things done for both us and seller. SEVERAL occasions she calmed me down when I was worried about the sale. She was always the calm cool head who quietly got everything done for us. She represented us several times during the buying process since we live out of town.
Eli is a sweet, kind lady, but tough enough to get the job done and done right! I consider her a dear friend and will keep her as my agent in case I move again!

Alison provided several sound recommendations on the finer points of staging our house. Her hard work and understanding of the process of selling a home certainly paid off. As a result of all of the prep work, coupled with professionally executed photos, we had our first showing within and hour of the listing going "live" and had a full price offer on the next day!

Alison and her associate Shoshana Marziano, were extremely helpful and friendly. They provided us with solid recommendations for contractors who quickly and professionally fixed items. She stayed on top of all events leading up to the closing. We could not have had a smoother ride and Alison exceeding all expectations- you would be hard pressed to find a better realtor.

Persistent help despite the low inventory

The time she spent with us at the beginning, Guiding us through the whole process. Informing us of all our options and her thoroughness. Deelyn and Christie were always available to answer questions and concerns. They kept us informed all the time.
The photographs and Virtual tour were amazing.
From her client base she knew several couples who would like our house. It sold to the first viewer. Our house sold six hours after it was listed. She made a very stressful exhausting experience go very smooth. Thank you.
