Lyn was wonderful! I wanted my parents to help me look at houses since this was my first time buying and since they could only come for one weekend she took us to over a dozen houses in two days! Not to mention she was incredibly flexible - we were all checking listings throughout the day and constantly adding/removing houses to see at the last minute. The house I ended up buying actually went on the market at midnight that Saturday and she got us in there first thing Sunday morning! Once I put my offer in she was incredibly responsive and patient with all of my first-time home buyer questions and concerns and I never felt that she was trying to pressure me into something (unlike my parents!). She would respond to phone calls, texts, and emails almost always immediately or within the hour. I cannot recommend her enough, especially for first-time buyers!

Grayson worked hard to get the house ready to go on the market and handled items such as major repairs as the primary contact. He went well beyond the duties of a realtor. He knew the best selling price for the property. Great service by everyone!!

As a first time home buyer who did plenty of research on the process and watched the market and homes before initiating the process, I was blown away. Lyn came to the table and immediately made me feel comfortable with the process. Her knowledge of the home buying experience, what to expect and how to navigate it were amazing. She was able to point things out about the home that I did not think to look at, provide valuable feedback into her thoughts on the properties for their value when I asked. In negotiations she kept me calm and navigated situations I wasn’t sure how to handle like a pro. She is extremely professional and knowledgeable l but is able to provide a personal touch that is reassuring to clients who find buy and selling real estate somewhat of an emotional process. The list is too long to write here. But Nan guided my wife and I with a purchase of a condominium, the purchase of a dream home and the sale of our prior house. Every transaction went as smoothly as could be expected given all of the moving parts. Nan didn't forget or overlook anything.
