I cannot say enough good things about Sally Kerner. Sally was exceptional. We had to purchase our home long distance. It could have been a very stressful time but Sally made it very easy. Sally was there through every step of the process and was always available to answer our panicked questions. She was patient and detail oriented. Sally was so amazing that when we had friends that also had to make the long move here from Hawaii, we said they had to use Sally to find their home! They were not disappointed.

We were new to Williamsburg and Andrea Pokorny, our Real Estate Agent, went above and beyond for over 3 months to help us get to know the area and find the "house of our dreams." She was patient, competent, professional, and very gracious. We have moved 28 times and have found that nothing trumps experience, and that is what Andrea brought to the table for us. Our house requirements included 3 car garage, minimum of four full bathrooms associated with Bedrooms, a Master Bath and Bedroom on the first floor, maximum storage space, and exit to back yard that did not include more that 6 steps to the yard from the deck, a large kitchen, and wall space for our "things" that we acquired living in England, and Belgium for 10 years. Andrea made this difficult process easy and we would recommend her with our highest rating to anyone. She is the best!
