I have bought and sold several homes over the years via several different real estate agents with various firms. None of them were as helpful or efficient as Rebekah. She knows every facet of every neighborhood in the greater Williamsburg area. She is also familiar with home construction and interior design. Her vast experience enabled her to give me great insights about the places I wanted to see and buy. Best of all, because of her enthusiasm and professionalism, she made a laborious process into a fun learning experience. There is actually not enough time or space to adequately describe how fantastic it was to be represented by her in seeking a new residence in Virginia. I am certain that she would bring the same energy and efficiency in selling a home as in my search for one.

In spite of the many challenges (COVID and the property I was selling) she worked hard to complete the transaction. She stuck with the long involved sales process.

As a military family who relocated every few years for more than 20 years, Leigh Ann is the best realtor with whom we worked. We relied on Leigh Ann to help us find a home in Williamsburg while we were still living in Texas. She visited the listings we were interested in, and fielded all of our concerns about neighborhood climate, location, condition of the property, etc. She went above and beyond to accommodate us, conducting hours of meetings on Facetime to address our questions until we found the property that suited our needs. Once we found our home, she diligently worked through the negotiation and closure process to ensure that we got the right house at the right price on a timeline that met our requirements.

She made us feel like family. She didn't show us properties that we wouldn't be interested in.

Not sure where to start accept that if you want a highly responsible, professional and capable realtor than I suggest you hire Frances. I'll give you our story....Frances was referred to us by our listing agent. Frances helped us negotiate a contract on a house we loved and did a fantastic job in that negotiation, including continuous communication with us throughout. About 2 days before closing, as we were moving out of the house we were selling, we found out that their were "issues with the title" but according to the seller agent it would still close. On the morning of closing we found out that the seller was only the executor and no one had paid for the mortgage for a year, therefore, $30k in the hole. They released us from the contract and we were now homeless with 2 kids, 2 dogs, and a cat. In comes Francis to save the day. We quickly found another home we loved and negotiated on that home THAT same night, Friday night. Frances also secured us money from her Agency to help us with storing our goods. Since we were homeless and the new sellers had already vacated the house, we wanted to move fast on closing and also take early possession. Frances was able to schedule an inspection in 2 days and get the financial process moving, with an anticipated closing in 2.5 weeks. She also negotiated an early possession with the sellers and we moved in 5 days after our original closing fell through. It was simply amazing seeing her work and move mountains for us. Our situation could have been a real disaster and strain on my family, but Frances took on that burden herself and came through in a BIG way. I will forever be grateful for her and Team Hensley

Mike was a great agent for our first home buying experience. He knew exactly what we wanted and was able to help us through the entire process, especially through the trivial year of covid. His availability to show homes or schedule showings were very comforting, for we were never pressured to reach outside our daily schedule to look at a home. Thanks for all your help Mike.
