We could not see the house in person as we lived out of state, and Brandi made sure to take detailed videos and kept in touch on a regular basis regarding all matters of the house. She even worked with us on Christmas Eve to ensure that required documentation was completed for our purchase of the home. She was very thorough with all matters..We will absolutely refer Brandi! In the future we know we will sell our rent this property and we will be sure to go through Brandi and Liz Moore & Associates again!regarding the home, inspection, and repairs. I am so glad we had her as our realtor!

I would recommend Brigit to anyone and everyone! We were located out of state while looking for a house and she drove to homes to take pictures/videos when we needed them. She offered to pick me up from the airport when flying in for the inspection. She reached out to some of the neighbors via handwritten letter letting them know we would be moving in. She was so knowledgeable about the houses and the areas they were in but presented all the information in such a non-biased way; it made us feel very comfortable and supported that she truly wanted to find the right home for us.

Who answers emails, calls, and texts immediately? Despite what I can only imagine is a very busy work and family schedule, Stephanie responds immediately. In today’s world I find that to be exemplary. She is focused and spot on. I never felt rushed. She always gave us her full attention and was a wealth of information regarding recommendations for tradespeople. Her ideas were always fresh and so helpful. I feel like Stephanie “got us” immediately and totally understood what we needed in a home. Just a brilliant skill set all the way around for her career. I recommend her to everyone I know. Well done! How lucky we are to have meet Stephanie. She has done a fabulous job and quite honestly she is the agent I wish we could have had in past real estate transactions.
