She was knowledgable about the local market and provided sound advice regarding preparing the house for sale. She had a handle on the real time changes in the real estate marketing in Williamsburg and was realistic. The support at the house during staging and inspections and closing was excellent and much needed since I am out of state.

Nan was instrumental in our purchasing a new house and selling our old one. Early in the process, before we had anything specific in mind, she spent time giving advice on what repairs and updates we might want to do before considering selling the house. A few weeks went by, our still thinking an actual move was in the distance, until we saw exactly what we wanted advertised in the newspaper and immediately called Nan. She arranged for a walk-through the next day. Within a month we were in our new home and the old one was sold two months later, thanks to Nan. We couldn’t have done it without her expertise and hand-holding help along the way. She has kept in touch with us in many ways, from simply checking-in to doing acts of generosity for us and others in the community.

She made the entire process fun and understandable. She helped us to find solutions for any issues where we needed assistance. Lisa was great!
