Working with Jake Evans and his Dream Team was absolutely amazing. Jake recently handled an estate sell for my family. This was a difficult situation because the house needed so much work and I live out of town. We needed a plumber, an electrician, a landscaper, a painter, brick and mortar repair, a maid service and drywall repair work completed, before we could even put the house on the market. Jake handled it all and later staged the house so beautifully, it sold almost immediately. It would have taken us months to find repair people and get the house ready to sell if we didn't have Jake as our realtor. Jake and his team are knowledgeable, professional, dedicated and very thorough. He offered great advice, answered every question and helped me to make informed decisions about our property. I first met Shavonne at an open house. I was looking to buy my very first home. I have nothing but good things to say about her. She's friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about the industry! I am very picky when it comes to houses and she was very patient and was persistent in trying to find the right style of home for me during a 4 month period. If I had any questions at all she would find the answer and respond within minutes of me contacting her. I constantly switch from day shift to night shift and she was very accommodating and flexible with appointment times. She made sure I understood every tricky step of the process to buying a home.
And last but not least, she got me a viewing for my current home on a day where originally there were no more available viewings. She even waited with me on the front porch for 2 hours due to a lock box issue lol. Thank goodness for that because I would have missed out on my dream home! Thanks Shavonne!

He really loves the Williamsburg area and just as importantly, he obviously enjoys helping people find the right home in a challenging real estate market. He is a gentleman who always put me first in every discussion with kindness and consideration of the old adage, "the customer comes first," but he makes sure "the customer gets it right" by the right amount of polite guidance you need in the times we are experiencing. He was professionally courteous and thoughtful throughout my purchase experience; from the beginning, he kept in touch, even through the Christmas holidays and into the new year and beginning of the pandemic. Since many of us begin on Zillow, Tony was able to narrow the field by really being an active listener who understood what I wanted, needed and could afford. He is very patient and never overly aggressive or excessively directional. He remained completely focused on finding me the right home, with the right attributes, in the right location for the right price. Yes, there are many rights about my experience with Tony and I would be happy to serve as a reference or give him and Liz Moore & Assoicates endorsements. Tony has the natural ability to put the customer at ease and build confidence and trust with the right balance of objectivity and personal warmth which I think describes a true professional. His knowledge of the Williamsburg market was obvious during very successful and fair negotiations with the owner. He really reduced the stress of buying a home and took the weight off my shoulders with extra guidance on choosing the best mortgage banker and title company. Again, Tony's ability to earn the trust of a customer is exceptional, and that, I believe, is critical in completing a real estate transaction successfully.Tony covered all the bases thoroughly. I tend to be very critical, but I grade him a 5 out 5.I would be personally honored to refer friends and associates to Liz Moore & Associates and give endorsements to Tony.
