We had a new construction and she always made us a priority. She was patient and always willing to explain anything we didn't understand. If you are a first time homebuyer and really need someone to hold your hand through the process, she is definitely the one! Heather is an outstanding real estate agent.

My husband and I loved working with Sully and Teresa. They are very professional and very nice people. To begin with, we tried selling our home before unsuccessfully. Then my husband did some research and hired Sully and Teresa. They arranged the photo session with staging, which turned out to be much better than our previous one. We received a few offers before house showed up on Zillow and such. It was the first week of house being on the market. Throughout the process they were very helpful. What makes them stand out, is that they are not afraid of giving an advice. They would tell us their honest opinion about any offer or any decision we need to make. At the same time, they totally respect all our decisions. The process was very smooth. We got good buyers, good deal and very quick and hassle free home sale. Thank you so much!
