She made a promise to us ("I can sell your house") and then SHE CAME THROUGH! She kept her promise. Nothing. Nada. Zilch. Fantastic transaction - especially given the fact our house went on the market only a few days before the Governor essentially shut down Virginia due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Selling a house in such a turbulent time must be extra-difficult, but Deelyn handled everything with a smooth professionalism and ALWAYS a smile on her face. Didn't seem like anything could knock this lady off her game. She is THE BEST. If we ever need to return to Williamsburg or have friends who are moving to the area, we will pass them Deelyn's name for sure!

Likewise, ensuring he contacted us via call, txt or email consistently with updates to ensure we were informed. GSD...getting "stuff" done...on time, on target...he did that consistently. Quality organization, your agents actually listen to the client and work for them to get what they need/want. That's a valuable, and scarce, commodity in today's world. Liz Moore is our go-to, and is who we refer to anyone that will listen.
