Lyn was spot on the pricing and timing, very good at communication. Lyn is our friend, but more importantly, she has repeatedly proven her competency in all aspects of her job. Her work on comps allowed us to get the maximum price.

We originally began working with 2 different agents before contacting Justine with Liz Moore and Associates. Prior to meeting Justine, the first 2 realtors (with different agencies) made us feel rushed when discussing things or viewing homes, and that really didn't have time to fully dedicate and listen to us. We are so glad to have found Justine. Throughout our entire experience she has been very personable, caring, honest, and genuinely looked out for our best interest. Justine never made us feel that she was just trying to get us into a house so she could move on the the next. Being military and coming from another state, the process can be daunting, but we truly felt heard with Justine, and that we had an advocate beside us through the whole process.

The professional photography, along with 3D walkthrough of the house, were amazing. Flyers in the house for prospective buyers were high quality, not just a paper sheet with house facts. I was very impressed with the attention to details. I don't think there is anything that would have been more helpful.

Liz Moore, Allison W. in particular, is an amazing property management group and I highly recommend. We were nervous about renting our house when we moved overseas but Allison answered every question and made me feel comfortable and confidant in our choice to allow tenants. This house is our "forever" house and I was afraid to rent to just anyone. Allison assured us they would take care of our home, find quality tenants and ensure any issues were properly managed. She did all this and more, finding great tenants THE DAY WE LISTED and has been holding my hand through the whole process ever since. I am NOT an easy person to deal with, having high expectations combined with anxiety over the smallest issues. Allison never gets upset, fields all my issues quickly, schedules with contractors and my tenants, doing EVERYTHING calmly, quickly and NEVER gets upset. She is amazing and I highly recommend Liz Moore to ANYONE looking rent their property.
