What I found most valuable was the pre-inspection, trustworthy and fair priced work referrals, and solid advice on what we needed to do to get the house ready. Cheri was all that I want in an agent.

She brought in an excellent photographer who took
fantastic pictures for our listing and flyer! She gave very helpful advice on how to prepare our home for sale. We also appreciated the quick message after a showing, so that we could go back in the house.

There are so many things that Alison did. Selling a house can be a very stressful time but with her as our agent we didn’t feel that way. Shewas knowledgeable when asked questions and quick to respond when we contacted her. We especially liked how she reached out to our other realtor up north and was in constant contact with her to make the process go more smoothly.Alison did a great job throughout the whole process.

Sally accommodated our geographical challenges as well as handled issues that arose with the pandemic and our relocation to Virginia. Everything was perfect.

She made a promise to us ("I can sell your house") and then SHE CAME THROUGH! She kept her promise. Nothing. Nada. Zilch. Fantastic transaction - especially given the fact our house went on the market only a few days before the Governor essentially shut down Virginia due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Selling a house in such a turbulent time must be extra-difficult, but Deelyn handled everything with a smooth professionalism and ALWAYS a smile on her face. Didn't seem like anything could knock this lady off her game. She is THE BEST.
