We have know John Womeldorf for nearly 10 years and have had several transactions with him. He is very knowledgeable and very focused on the needs and wants of his clients. John identified for us that this property was for sale at auction, the notice for which we had not seen. John also guided us through the auction process so that we could win the bid at a reasonable cost.

Working with Brian was great, from the get-go he was sending me personalized MLS searches and adjusted them immediately to my wants. Brian is a dedicated professional that will guide you through the whole process and even burn the midnight oil to submit an offer for you. He has excellent communication skills and is quickly responsive via text, phone or email with any questions I had. Another aspect I liked about Brian is that he is personable, easy to talk with which allowed him to better understand what I was looking for. I was looking for a niche property with certain 'must-haves', Brian was on top of it! I would highly recommend Brian, he will go the extra mile for you!
