She was easily available at any time. Additionally, after the buyer inspection, there were a number of items on the inspection report to be addressed and the buyer was asking for money at closing. As a seller, we did not feel the items were relevant, however Maryann suggested instead of saying no, that she would cover the fixes and prepared an addendum that was suitable for the buyer and us. this helped give us peace of mind and allowed the sale to proceed as scheduled.
