I highly recommend using Cheri for all of your real estate needs. Cheri is an AWESOME agent! She always answers her phone and replies to emails swiftly. She has a really good understanding of the market and utilizes that knowledge to your advantage. I have used her twice (to sell and to buy) and I'm getting ready to use her again! My husband and I loved working with Sully and Teresa. They are very professional and very nice people. To begin with, we tried selling our home before unsuccessfully. Then my husband did some research and hired Sully and Teresa. They arranged the photo session with staging, which turned out to be much better than our previous one. We received a few offers before house showed up on Zillow and such. It was the first week of house being on the market. Throughout the process they were very helpful. What makes them stand out, is that they are not afraid of giving an advice. They would tell us their honest opinion about any offer or any decision we need to make.
