We needed repair/upgrade work on our Townhouse before placing it on the market. Tammy put us in touch with contractors who not only completed the work in a timely manner - they also presented high quality work!

Leanne was very knowledgeable about the market and what needed to be in an offer to come out on top over multiple other offers. She was also willing to see lots of houses in a short time with and for me, even if I could not be there in person. Her video tours were extremely helpful in enabling me to choose a house from a different state.

Ruby Conn and her team, Stephanie McDonald and Donna Milne, are outstanding. Before the listing, Ruby sat down with me after looking at my home, and she listened to me. By listening to me, Ruby could list and show my home in a way that made me comfortable. During the listing period, Ruby and her team were very active in showing my home and securing a contract. As great as Ruby and her team were in getting a contract, they were even better in making sure the contract closed. After signing the contract, there is a lot to do. The contract can fall through if all the things are not done on time. Ruby and her team make sure it all gets done. One of those things is repairs. After the inspection, there were a few repairs on my home that I needed to do. Ruby and her team knew the right people and got the repairs done. Moving is stressful. It was a relief not to have to worry about getting the repairs done, because Ruby and her team were taking care of it. After the sale closed, we had some unexpected issues. Even though her job was done when the sale closed, Ruby and her team helped me resolve the issues. If you need someone to help you sell or buy a home, you cannot do better than Ruby Conn and her team.

Mega was always available even came out to my house when I locked myself out! Friendly and always willing to help. Great agent all around. Already recommended her to people if they should want to sell.
