Christine Austin handled our home sale leaving the Williamsburg area 12 years ago and coming back to the Williamsburg area 2 years ago. She proved to be on top of the process, leaving no surprises. When we were coming back to Williamsburg, Christine listened and found the perfect fit for us - meeting every specification we gave. She actually convinced my wife to take a look at a home that we had initially crossed off the list. Christen did research and saw the fit. Once we visited the site, we were convinced too. Christine does not push, does excellent research and offers solid advise.

Cheri did an excellent job with the sell of my property. Being out town, she kept me well informed of what was going on. She was professional and paid close attention to details.

Over the last 25 years I have bought and sold two homes with The Sullivans. I met Sully in his rookie year. Even then, he explained everything I didn't know that I needed to know starting with buyer's agent and seller's agent and why it is important. How he manages to keep all of his clients up to date is beyond me. He is always just a phone call away. Moving, whether coming or going, is always stressful. The Sullivans have helped me glide through three moves and a rental, each one different in unusual circumstances. They always come up with quick, viable solutions as needed. In making the huge decision of buying or selling a home, one needs to trust their agent implicitly. Sully has earned that trust. This last go round will be our last in the real estate market but I will always consider The Sullivans among my best friends
