There was a singer that once said "you can find a good guitar player anywhere, you have to find the one that fits you". Likewise, there are many good agents, finding the one that fits you is what makes that agent stand out. For me Kelly is that agent. I can honestly say she’ll fit you also. Kelly is a hard worker from beginning to beyond the end because your wants, needs, and happiness is not just a job for her; she takes it personal. She really never stops working, and is always thinking of what’s next or the best course of action to take. Even after you close on your house. She still calls to check on you. Hiring her for your agent is one of the best decisions you can make. Kelly Ross……..call her.

Joe was referred to us by our former neighbors, the Armens. We called him and asked him to stop by and help us establish what we needed to do to get our house ready to put on the market. We he arrived he looked over our property and home and gave us advice on things we could do to make the house look more attractive to potential buyers. We found that Joe didn't stop working after the house sold but continued to provide advice as well as help in preparing for closing. In fact, we had to call on Joe to be the go between for us and the new buyers on items that were still being sent to us at the Crossing Cove property.
