Great experience! Cheri convinced us to move earlier than we expected and it absolutely paid off. We are thrilled with the outcome of both our sale and our purchase, we are SO GRATEFUL that Cheri led us through an eventful selling/buying process. We dealt with a lot of people who didn't always have our interests in mind, but Cheri worked so hard and was always in our corner pushing things through (even when we were exhausted!). Things couldn't have turned out better!

She was easily available at any time. Additionally, after the buyer inspection, there were a number of items on the inspection report to be addressed and the buyer was asking for money at closing. As a seller, we did not feel the items were relevant, however Maryann suggested instead of saying no, that she would cover the fixes and prepared an addendum that was suitable for the buyer and us. this helped give us peace of mind and allowed the sale to proceed as scheduled.

Peggy went above and beyond as far as I am concerned. Even to the point of answering questions about costs on the settlement paperwork for me after closing. I truly cannot say enough good things about Peggy Todd. You definitely want her to sell your home.
