She guided me every step of the way, whether it was preparing the house for sale or working thru the whole sale process.. She is the ultimate professional. I think first impressions are important and Diane nailed it. She is friendly, extremely knowledgeable and caring. She excels in communication. She kept me informed each step of the way. We talked all the time no matter what day or hour. That says so much about her dedication to ensure that everything goes right and keeping her client happy. It seemed as though she read my mind because before I ask a question she was there with the answer. She cares & wants to make sure you are comfortable with the progress and end result.
