Just want to take a minute to potentially help anyone out there house searching. I know the PERFECT realtor for you! Coming up on two years now since I have been a home owner and I honestly still couldn't be happier.

JR and I met Pat in the fall of 2005. She was the agent at a house in Clifton Landing. We liked her immediately! She listed our home in Sandy Point, VA the fall of 2005 which sold in March 2006. Although the buyers lawyer gave us rats and cats before closing - Pat kept us calm and closing was a breeze. All documents were in order and there were no surprises. We worked with Pat finding another home in the Northern Neck and in July we bought our home in Drum Point. Again, closing was a breeze as Pat had everything all lined up and there were no problems. We " High Fived" and said great job! The next time came in March 2020. Pat helped stage our house. She even purchased new brass knobs for the cupboards. Pat pays attention to ALL details! The house sold 2 days!
