She was able to get me a quick appointment to see the new construction condo I ended up buying and because she acted so quickly, I was the first person to look at it after it came on the market and was able to buy it because I got there first. With the competition, had she not been so responsive and quick, I probably wouldn’t have gotten it. She was also super proactive over the long wait time to get information for me and stuck with me throughout the entire 6 month back and forth with the builder and their agents. She also helped me ask (or asked for me) questions that helped me get what I needed and wanted. It was definitely a difficult time to buy, but Ellen’s proactive and fun nature helped the process be enjoyable and efficient. Honestly, I can’t think of anything she could have done differently. It was my first home, so she helped me a lot through the whole process.

and how helpful she has been with our condo purchase in Williamsburg. We have had to do the majority of the work from Texas, save for one in-person weekend to actually look at properties. She is extremely knowledgeable about the property market and gives unbiased recommendations that will serve her clients well. She is also very prompt with all inquiries and was able to keep everything moving smoothly with the seller’s realtor and our respective closing representatives. Eli has been the one to do all the coordination for us for the entire process and I know it would not have been such a great experience had she not been the one we chose. If you need to buy property in the Williamsburg area you should choose Eli Hunt!
