Lyn worked very hard through several obstacles to make sure selling my home went smoothly

with great professionalism and always kept us aware of what was happening with our property from the initial listing to the final sale. It was comforting to know that our property was in reliable hands. Tammy kept us abreast of all of the information for both offers and the eventual sale.

When we interviewed her, she came prepared and asked questions. We very much appreciate everything that she has done for us. Also, her personal approach and professionalism during our very difficult time as this is our mothers house, whom we’ve lost to Covid, speaks volumes for her integrity. If I were to purchase a home in that area, Tammy would be the first person I would go to.

From our first meeting with Kim she listened and understood our needs and desires for our move to Williamsburg. She would look at properties and then FaceTime with us because of the distance we had and walk us through each property. When we finally found the house we wanted she was willing and ready to meet with various contractors and vendors. I would highly refer to anyone looking to relocate to this area.

Kim was always on top of the fast market ready with answers, first appointments, and great attitude. She was able to answer all our questions or find the answers quickly for us. She is very very attentive to her clients' needs and extremely kind as a person. Our children were looking forward to seeing her and go visit homes until we found ours. When we did find our home Kim was on top of her game and if it was not for her connections, efforts, and knowledge we would not have gotten it as the market was so fast and demanding. When we got this home she handmade a beautiful gift we keep on top of the fireplace.
