I appreciated the ease in which I could communicate with her, in person at my house, on the phone and in her office. Sandra did all that was asked and in a timely, professional manner. All personnel with whom she was affiliated, were also responsive and professional. ( I.E. Sara, photographers, and Glen the handyman).

Tiffany is the best. My husband and I went through realtors who just refused to understand us or our needs, but Tiffany understood us perfectly. She was always real with us, patient, and understanding. Tiffany is professional, well versed, and knowledgeable at what she does. She always responds promptly, is punctual, and always friendly. We cannot recommend her enough :)

Kim is a true professional and a subject matter expert in Hampton Roads real estate. Her responsiveness and professionalism exceeded our expectations. Any issue we had Kim was available for any questions and concerns. 5 stars isn't enough for how wonderful of an experience we had with her.

We bought our dream retirement home in Ford's Colony and then COVID hit, so we had to postpone moving to Williamsburg. We made a decision to rent our house. Allison Miller has been our property manager at Liz Moore for the last 2 years and we could not be more pleased. She made everything about the process of marketing and renting our home easy. Allison is always on top any issue. We felt like we had a relative or close friend watching out for our property. Our tenants have expressed what a pleasure it has been to do business with Allison and Liz Moore. You really can't ask for better service. She has been there to help us with minor problems before they escalated, like the stove breaking when supply chain issued made it difficult to get a new one.

We highly recommend Allison. She is a trusted friend and super to work with!!!
