Jennifer is more than an agent. She staged our home and even pitched in at times to help prepare it. She also used some of her inventory to help stage. She checked up on us after the sale of our home and the purchase of our new home in N.C. She always answers her phone or return calls, texts and emails right away. She helped us find a great agent in N.C. to assist with our purchase there. She guided us in every part of the process. She fought for us when the agent for the buyer of our sold property was non responsive and at times unprofessional. Her efforts in the sale of our home helped us to close on our new home one day after the sale of our old home. She has had events at her home for several of her clients. She treated us as though we were her only clients, even though she had several others. She is the best and we could not have done it without her. Her advice and guidance helped our house to get multiple views, resulting in two solid offers on the first day of showing. She critiqued both potential buyers and chose the one who ultimately bought our home. I could go on, but I think you get the point. Thanks Jennifer. PS, she treats you as a friend and not a money making client. Treated us as though we were her only clients.

She made herself available to us by email, telephone and text, which really made scheduling (whether it was photographs, showings or the inspection) a breeze. Additionally, Faith always made sure that she sent us a reminder email or text before appointments, which kept us prepared and organized during a really busy season of life. During closing, Faith found a duplicative charge on the settlement statement and didn't hesitate to inquire on our behalf. We ended up getting the statement revised, which resulted in a larger amount of money for us–always a good thing when you are the seller! This interaction is symbolic of the type of realtor Faith is: client driven, detail oriented and someone you can trust. We are so thankful for her assistance and support, and would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for an agent in the greater Williamsburg area! After meeting Faith for the first time and explaining that we were not staying in the area (but didn't have solidified plans for what was next), she was quick to offer her support and refer us to another Liz Moore realtor in the area where we were moving. This was such an added bonus because we absolutely adore Brooke (in the Richmond office), who Faith referred us to. She is the perfect match for us and is truly outstanding at what she does!
