Kate is the best in the business. As a first-time buyer, I had no idea what to expect when I started to look at homes. But I am so appreciative of how easy and stress-free Kate made the entire process. She asks all the right questions, is prepared for everything, and is the best advocate for her clients when issues do pop up.
