Tabitha went above and beyond in helping us sell our house! Had amazing advice with what we could do to help the process, has amazing communication and super fast at getting back you!

The main thing we found of value is that Peggy is not your typical cold, stoic, indifferent real estate agent who unless they are making a fortune in commission could care less about whether you know what's going on. She was there every step of the way, answered all of our questions about the process, and basically understood how stressful things can be for both sides. Peggy knew the market and what price fit to sell our house. Well above what we expected!

Everything went smoothly and we were completely satisfied.

We met with Peggy Wednesday night, she had someone take pictures Thursday, by Friday night it was already listed for $42K more than we expected. The sign wasn't even up yet and that weekend we had at least 5 groups come and look at it and 2 contracts submitted by Sunday night.
Peggy had faith in the value of the house that made her list for $190K when we thought we only had $150K.

Jenny was reasonable, collaborative,
effective and kind.
She kept a good schedule, always following up with us and ensuring all sale preparations were done in a timely manner. She recommended good repair companies and arranged the work for us needed to finalize the PICRA.

She even found new insurance broker to cover us when our insurance broker cancelled our policy three days before we closed on the house. She made it so easy for us. So many little things were distracting us and slowing down things which should of not been so frustrating for us. She immediately stepped in and found a solution to each of the present crisis. We would definitely refer Nan.

Meg has helped us buy/and or sell several homes over the years. We keep coming back because she is the best. I feel we have always received top dollar for the homes we have sold, partly because she has given us great advice on how to prepare for the sale. We lived in another state for 14 months while our new home was being built. Meg stayed engaged with the builder throughout the process the entire time, even sending us pictures and videos of the home when we couldn't make the trip to see the progress. Excellent customer service!

Kandi's responsiveness, preparation, & knowledge was outstanding. She also had outstanding negotiating skills!
