Selling our home would have been a pain but Justine made it very easy thanks to all her help and knowledge.

Joey was ALWAYS available, to the point I felt bad bothering him some times, like he never took a day off! But any time I needed to reach him, he was always responsive. Second, he took tons of notes, listened, and learned our family from house to house to really develop an understanding of what we wanted. Third he was always open and welcoming to our three young kids coming to houses, which was always kind of stressful for us. Joey was exactly what we needed in a realtor. Extremely
helpful and attentive to our needs and wants. Made
recommendations but was not pushy or opinionated. My
favorite example: we always call our formal dining room our, “sunny room” because it has been taken over by our kids and their toys… having a good “sunny room” space was very important to us. Within a few house visits, Joey picked up on that lingo and began always referring to formal dining rooms as the sunny room whenever we’d visit a house. Things like that set him aside in our minds and made us feel like he was OUR realtor and really on our side. I’d be more than happy to recommend Joey to anyone looking for a realtor. Justine was very dedicated to helping us find what was right for our family. She is very knowledgeable and knows the area and that helps. She made a somewhat uncertain and at times stressful first time homebuying process feel like we were her only clients and part of her family. The checking in on us after closing was so heartwarming!

As a first-time homebuyer, you don't know where to start or what to expect, and the process of buying a home can be overwhelming. Not to mention being stationed overseas during the entire process. However, having a responsive, reliable,
knowledgeable, and trustworthy agent like Kenny made the process ten times more bearable.
During the home buying process, I was stationed overseas in South Korea with a 14 hour time
difference. Kenny extended his duty hours to ensure that we could communicate about properties. He toured homes for me virtually and he advocated on my behalf to agencies when I couldn't respond due to the time difference. Kenny went above and beyond!

Her knowledge on the entire selling process, this was my first time selling a home and I had a lot of questions which she answered and never said “I don’t know I have to get to you”. We did a remote purchase (from Germany) and the Sullivans were very helpful with our unique problems. Sully was on time for appointments and prepared to answer any questions. This was problematic and required flexibility and coordination due to the time difference between Germany and the USA. If we should ever need a realtor again Teresa and Sully would be our first choice!
