Teresa and Sully were very through with the initial inspection of my home and had indicated some things that needed to be addressed to prepare the house for showing. Had it not been for their keen eyes I’m sure I would have missed many items that needed correction before putting it on the market. As it turned out, I got more than I was asking for. On the down side though, I did have to make some repairs after the inspection in order to close the deal, but I was ok with that and Teresa and Sully helped me thru that process as well. All in all the whole process went smoothly and I did not feel so vulnerable knowing Teresa and Sully were with me and available at all times. I’m now living the good life in Gloucester!

It was an absolute pleasure working with Jemma Bliss. She was super helpful and kept me on track. She also communicated with with my loan officer regularly to ensure a quick and smooth closing. She went the extra mile, and I'm super thankful for her hard work and dedication. I didn't think buying a home would be possible, but I always dreamed of doing it. And now my dream of becoming a homeowner is now a reality!

We have enjoyed every step of this journey and it was certainly worth the wait. Her knowledge of Fords Colony was key. Deelyn would definitely be our referral! Probably 3 years ago we were looking at listings in Fords Colony, where we knew we wanted to move one day and a number of the listing were Deelyn's so she was the first person I contacted to meet with and see some properties. I didn't know how lucky that contact would be!

This move was particularly stressful because my husband and I were selling in order to rent a property to allow my elderly mother to
live with us. The Wineberry property would not accommodate my mother's needs. So, it was bittersweet to sell a home we loved.

More than once Teresa suggested things we would not have known that helped us select the right buyer and decide what updates to make and not make to our house. Also there was never a time that Teresa did not answer a question within a short time.

Kim was fantastic. She was be very responsive and professional. There were no unexpected expenses, and she helped with actions I could not perform due to being out of the local area. 5 stars across the board!!
