We cannot recommend Sully and Teresa highly enough! We have worked with both of them on multiple purchases and sales, and have had nothing but outstanding experiences. They understand the real estate market on the peninsula very well, and provided us with invaluable guidance in every instance. With our last home sale, we asked them about a year out for their advice to prepare the house for the market. They gave us excellent suggestions, and with their effective marketing we received a great offer on the first day! As a team, they are extremely responsive, and we always knew that any issues that came up would be dealt with in a timely fashion. You could not ask for better partners, whether purchasing or selling a home!

The Sullivans are the best! I have had several dealings with them in regard to selling houses and they go above and beyond for their customers. Actually, they don't treat you like a customer, but more like a friend. I was extremely satisfied with their services and would contact them again if there is ever a need. I couldn't imagine going through the sale of my house without them!

We were in a pinch. We needed a house within 3 weeks. There were specific requirements. Teresa and Sully focused on our needs and found the right house within our time line, and well within our price range. All this was done while we were 4 states away.
