Andrea Pokorny is a long-time resident of the Williamsburg area and extremely knowledgeable about the goings on locally and the surrounding areas. We spent the last 7 years living outside of the U.S. Having never been to the area, her knowledge was a genuine plus in helping us decide where exactly we wished to reside.
We could not be more pleased with the integrity and professionalism demonstrated by her. In a truly competitive housing market right now, Andrea stayed on top of the home searches with us daily, helping us find a home in Lanexa just outside of the Williamsburg, VA area. Most homes during our 3-month search were accepting offers less than 4 days of the posted listing with multiple offers on the table. Although we made offers on several properties getting discouraged each time we came in just below the winning bid, she remained steadfast and encouraged us to hang in there. It eventually paid off and we are very happy with our new home. From searches to offer acceptance (negotiations) to closing and after, Andrea makes herself available when needed and helps the customer stay on track with all steps during the process. We will whole-heartedly refer her to friends and family in the future.

In 2017 we moved back to Williamsburg and Tammy helped us find a new home again. And in 2023 it was time to sell again and Tammy is the first person we called. We now get to say , we have an agent that we have worked with for 20 years. Tammy is knowledgeable and professional and always understands our family’s wants and needs for buying and selling a home. She did all the things wonderfully.
