Over the last 25 years I have bought and sold two homes with The Sullivans. I met Sully in his rookie year. Even then, he explained everything I didn't know that I needed to know starting with buyer's agent and seller's agent and why it is important. How he manages to keep all of his clients up to date is beyond me. He is always just a phone call away. Moving, whether coming or going, is always stressful. The Sullivans have helped me glide through three moves and a rental, each one different in unusual circumstances. They always come up with quick, viable solutions as needed. In making the huge decision of buying or selling a home, one needs to trust their agent implicitly. Sully has earned that trust. This last go round will be our last in the real estate market but I will always consider The Sullivans among my best friends

I will always recommend her! She is hard working, determined, and beyond helpful with all things in the realty world. Her response time and her friendliness was most valuable. There is nothing else she could have done, she went above and beyond to sell our house.

Cheri helped us both buy and sell our current house in one of the craziest markets! We were able to both get an amazing sale price, while also getting our forever home with so little on the market. We are forever grateful for Cheri and her team!!

Mish tied up several loose ends for me after I moved. Chief among them was getting my car safely to shipper. She also went out of her way to clear the house of items left behind. As when she was showing the house, she kept in great touch with me throughout all hiccups. Calmed me down when being out of my home for most of 2.5 days was stressful. She made sure I had an hour to come home ea afternoon to change clothes and have lunch. And then all the loose ends above. She also did a great job supplying Covid masks, gloves and hand sanitizer for the agents and buyers.

We cannot recommend Sully and Teresa highly enough! We have worked with both of them on multiple purchases and sales, and have had nothing but outstanding experiences. They understand the real estate market on the peninsula very well, and provided us with invaluable guidance in every instance. With our last home sale, we asked them about a year out for their advice to prepare the house for the market. They gave us excellent suggestions, and with their effective marketing we received a great offer on the first day! As a team, they are extremely responsive, and we always knew that any issues that came up would be dealt with in a timely fashion. You could not ask for better partners, whether purchasing or selling a home!

Excellent realtors. I wanted someone who knew the area and the market and Sully and Teresa exceeded my expectations. They provided sound advice on staging and listing and sold my home in three days for the price I was looking for.
