Cheri's expertise was invaluable to us when selling our condo and buying the home our kids will grow up in. I really appreciated her feedback and guidance, I felt like we were in good hands the entire time. The sale of our condo ended up being much higher than the appraised value and she did a great job of reading the market and putting us in an even better place to make a strong offer for a larger home in a tough market. She showed us a variety of homes when looking to buy which made us feel even more strongly that we had made the right choice when the time came. I would absolutely recommend her, I think about how lucky we are each time I come home to our new house!

Frances was such a pleasure to work with when we bought our townhouse last year we never considered an alternative listing agent when we decided to sell. Christine Austin handled our home sale leaving the Williamsburg area 12 years ago and coming back to the Williamsburg area 2 years ago. She proved to be on top of the process, leaving no surprises. When we were coming back to Williamsburg, Christine listened and found the perfect fit for us - meeting every specification we gave. She actually convinced my wife to take a look at a home that we had initially crossed off the list. Christen did research and saw the fit. Once we visited the site, we were convinced too.
