She came prepared with a thorough package of what to expect, and clearly invests a lot of time in prep work before the initial appointment to smooth the way and set the tone for the entire process. She invested herself in every aspect of the transaction--from the big issues to minute details, she covered it all. Her extensive knowledge of the area and market really positioned us for a very successful experience. Her staging crew created a perfect setting for our showings, and the investment in the collateral materials and professional photography showed our property to its very best possible advantage. Her relationships with professionals in the community also made it very simple and straightforward to get necessary repair work and maintenance issues shored up quickly. We were extremely pleased with being able to have service professionals out so quickly once they knew that Deelyn was our agent. Our jobs require regular travel, and we knew very quickly that we would not have to worry about a thing if we were away and anything came up that needed immediate attention--Deelyn had it covered.
