Kim did a wonderful job advising me on the sale of my home. She was available and attentive to my needs and questions. She had names of service workers should they be needed for my home sale. She is the type of agent who makes it her business to build a knowledge base of the areas in which she practices real estate and works to learn about any quirks etc. that may be part of the different neighborhoods. Kim was amazing! She took care of all the details big and small. I was out of town taking care of grandchildren when a service provider needed access to our hoe for the sale. Rather than waiting Kim took care of the appointment by coming to our house to meet with the company. She gave us great advice and exceeded our expectations throughout the process.
