Tom and I have always loved the Gloucester area and the York River. We dreamed about having a vacation home that would eventually be our retirement home. A few years back, we called Cheri Nice whose name was on a real estate sign in a yard that we saw from the bough of our boat. We left a message for Cheri who called us back before we sailed out of the cove. We looked at the house with her 2 hours later. The house was not a good match for us but Cheri Nice was the perfect match. Cheri showed us a few places, which we determined together, might be our dream-come-true home. After 3 or 4 more showings we put a contract in on a place that we adore. Now, a decade later, we haven't moved in permanently but we are looking forward to it everyday. We also look forward to seeing Cheri when we are at the River. She is a dear friend and it is always a pleasure to catch up with her!

Stephanie was excellent during our home buying process. We were moving from New York to Williamsburg, working full-time with 2 young children. Needless to say, we needed Stephanie to be there to answer questions and assist with various steps in the process almost daily.
