My living up in Williamsburg made it difficult for me to keep driving down to Hampton to deal with contractors, etc. Shirley drove to the house numerous times to check on progress of work being done and also found and interviewed contractors from time to time. She was almost always available when I called her. Now that the house is sold, I already miss talking with her!

She sent us gifts since we bought our house on multiple holidays! She would randomly just check up on us and make sure that our property at was going well. Most importantly she freaking answers the phone! She took at max 7 minutes to reply to anything I've ever sent her. She is REAL and doesn't feed you complete nonsense when trying to get your business. All questions were answered and the communication was spot on. We used her twice ourselves and will absolutely refer her in the future.

Morgan helped in every way possible to find a place to call home. From our first showing to selecting a property, making an offer until closing was less than 45 days! This was also one out of 5 closings I’ve had over the course of 30 years where the real estate agent stayed actively involved at every step until & through the end of closing! Morgan also gifted me with a housewarming basket full of goodies as we were leaving the closing and had left me the most thoughtful card & hand written note with more goodies on the kitchen counter when I first arrived for the first time as the homeowner!
