The better question is what did she not do? She ensured everything was seamless; everyone was on the same page by way of communication and prompt updates. She exuded confidence and we were sure nothing could go wrong. We were told by our friends that if you want stuff done, call Cathy, and she lived up and exceeded the hype. Just Let her know what you want, and you can literally go to bed. She is great at what she does and certainly on speed dial for future needs and referrals.

We were clients of Morgan twice, once to buy a home and once to sell. She was amazing both times. In 2022, we were first time homebuyers and she was somewhat new to real estate so it was a learning experience for everyone. But Morgan stayed determined and helpful through it all. The selling of our home took some time (though Morgan got our first offer within a week of listing) and there were all new learning experiences. But Morgan was even more determined then, she worked hard to help make sure our house looked perfect and continued to give it the shine it deserved for the entire time it was on the market.
