Kendal was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was very patient and understanding with us as we have a limited schedule and availability. She did a great job at working around our busy schedules. Her knowing and understanding our specific needs helped in narrowing down potential homes. And her knowledge and negotiation skills made the buying process as stress free as we could hope for. Everyone knows that buying a home can be a very stressful event in life, but I can definately say that Shirlean made this experience easy peasy. This was my first time buying a home and she and her team stood by my side the whole way.Her warm personality, determination and punctuality led me to purchase the perfect home for me and my daughter. Any questions that I had, Mrs.Whichard had a answer for me. She was also very informative,listens to her clients,and executes.This is what make Shirlean Whichard a phenomenal realtor.

She made the entire process less stressful and created a comforting environment where I felt like my input was needed when asked and she took into consideration of everything even if I had not even thought of it myself. She went beyond her job description at times to make sure I was getting the service I needed and also checked up on me afterwards.
