Nan was instrumental in our purchasing a new house and selling our old one. Early in the process, before we had anything specific in mind, she spent time giving advice on what repairs and updates we might want to do before considering selling the house. A few weeks went by, our still thinking an actual move was in the distance, until we saw exactly what we wanted advertised in the newspaper and immediately called Nan. She arranged for a walk-through the next day. Within a month we were in our new home and the old one was sold two months later, thanks to Nan. We couldn’t have done it without her expertise and hand-holding help along the way. She has kept in touch with us in many ways, from simply checking-in to doing acts of generosity for us and others in the community.

Nan navigated the buyers from bugging. They seemed to be very needy.

Impressed us at the initial interview with her knowledge, experience, marketing plan, and willingness to hear us out and answer our questions. Recommended a fair price for our house, shepherded us through the sales process, was always available to answer questions, and swiftly brought a successful conclusion. All of this requiring special skill and sensitivity because of COVID19!

As an out of town client she facilitated the work that needed to be done which expedited getting the house on the market.
