She even found new insurance broker to cover us when our insurance broker cancelled our policy three days before we closed on the house. She made it so easy for us. So many little things were distracting us and slowing down things which should of not been so frustrating for us. She immediately stepped in and found a solution to each of the present crisis. We would definitely refer Nan.

Nan got to know me and exactly what I needed in my downsizing move. She narrowed it down and nailed it!

Nan was instrumental in our purchasing a new house and selling our old one. Early in the process, before we had anything specific in mind, she spent time giving advice on what repairs and updates we might want to do before considering selling the house. A few weeks went by, our still thinking an actual move was in the distance, until we saw exactly what we wanted advertised in the newspaper and immediately called Nan. She arranged for a walk-through the next day. Within a month we were in our new home and the old one was sold two months later, thanks to Nan. We couldn’t have done it without her expertise and hand-holding help along the way. She has kept in touch with us in many ways, from simply checking-in to doing acts of generosity for us and others in the community.
