Nan was excellent on all aspects

I can't think of anything she could have done better. I would use Liz Moore and Nan Piland again if I needed real estate in the Williamsburg, VA area.

Nan never failed to follow through...

Nan has worked with me for 2 years beginning with my initial inquiry to selling my home. She was very attentive in allowing me the time needed to reach a decision to sell keeping in contact just enough but visits getting to know me and my thoughts about selling. Once I made the decision she let me know exactly what needed to be done, had suggestions, but I always left the decisions to me. Once I had a good handle on what needed to be done she left me alone to do it but was always available when I asked. She was not in a hurry. Really listened to me and gave gentle direction allowing me to be in charge.
