I would definitely refer Gayle Peace. I found her to have a great deal of integrity and this is foremost in my relationship with a realtor. I have purchased and sold 7 houses and this is not always the case. She arranged for the staging, photography and videography which were all done beautifully. She always had a very nice way about her when delivering information back and forth during arrangements and negotiations. We also appreciated her recommendations for various contractors for the house we sold as well as the house we recently purchased. Gayle was a pleasure to work with and provided information about everything we needed to sell our house as quickly as possible. She responded quickly to texts and calls, answering all our questions. She staged the house and provided updated lighting fixtures for us to replace in the house at her expense. No other agent ever offered to do this. Gayle was all about working with us to sell the house fast and told us exactly what needed to be done to sell it. It worked because she had offers on the house before it was listed! And, they were above listing price! She was a pleasure to work with!
