Shirley was extremely helpful in keeping me up to speed on current market conditions, especially what kind of offers were being made on competing properties. She also did a great job in keepin teh house in excellent condition for showings. When we finally got a serious buyer in the right price range, Shirley did a great job of negotiating the sales contract and getting the deal closed.

Shirley offered suggestions of properties to consider. She took a personal interest in us. Shirley signed us up to get automated listings in our marameters and updated it as needed. We really loved the staging consultation!

Shirley went above and beyond the call of duty. We were out of state and Shirley helped us in so many ways. The biggest was probably getting us the estimates for wallpaper removal when we were gone...having the estimates allowed us to get a jump on reviewing the estimates and making a decision so we could get the work started upon our return.
