She took the time to explain the entire process to us and was very reassuring throughout a somewhat otherwise difficult purchase. We are very grateful for all of her help and support. I cannot think of anything that should have been done differently and I would recommend Shirley and Liz Moore and Associates in the future!

She was always very responsive and helpful. She made the buying process go extremely smooth. We are so happy we were able to work with her. Prompt response time and kept in contact with the lender and the seller. I will continue to refer people to Shirley for all of their selling/buying needs!

Shirley went above and beyond in every respect! Everything was great from preparing/staging, pictures/advertising, building a good CMA, to working with showing agents and the list goes on. The most valuable thing that Shirley did was to help us get the house fine-tunhed so it made the best impression on potential buyers. She had everything covered from A-Z. Shirley is outstanding! Shirley went above and beyond the call of duty. We were out of state and Shirley helped us in so many ways. The biggest was probably getting us the estimates for wallpaper removal when we were gone...having the estimates allowed us to get a jump on reviewing the estimates and making a decision so we could get the work started upon our return. We interviewed 3 realtors from 3 different companies and we were hapy to say that we picked a winner when we selected Shirley Hammond and Liz Moore and Associates. A job relocation forced us to quickly get our house on the market. Shirley was wonderful every step of the way and since we were often out of state that meant that she kept us informed via phone calls, texts and emails. She is the queen of communication! Shirley has her clients' interest at heart and really works hard to make sure that the homes she lists are up to the competition in today's market. Initially we were hesitant to remove the wallpaper in our home although from day one Shirley gently let us know that the paper would indeed 'scare' away some buyers. It didn't take us too long to realize from the feedback of buyers viewing the house that Shirley was right. We had the wallpaper removed and neutralized everything per her suggestionis and an offer soon followed. Shirley Hammond has a passion for getting the job done ~ she is an agent you can count on to give 110%.

Shirley took my husband and I out several times to look at homes and treated us to lunch!! How sweet! Shirly did it all!! She is wonderful!
