I had no idea where to begin or what to expect but Cheri took the reins and got me a fabulous deal! I am very blessed! I honestly can't think of one thing that Cheri didn't do. I believe she was working overtime to help me!

Cheri helped me buy and sell homes. She is professional, knowledgeable, and really wants to help you get what you want. It didn't take long for me to find the home I wanted to buy and things moved very fast. She knew everything that needed to be done and didn't hesitate to take the time to explain it along the way. She had lots of help at the ready to take care of getting my previous home on the market to sell. I was thankful to have someone looking out for me that obviously cared about how things were going on my end. I love my new home and can't imagine leaving it, but if I have to move, I'd certainly call on Cheri again.

We got several offers as soon as the house was listed and Cheri explained our options and made suggestions. She was just excellent at overseeing every aspect of those final inspections and signing of paperwork. I highly recommend her to anyone.
