We had an incredible experience - we wouldn’t change a thing! Cheri treated us like a friend or family - she wanted the best for us and she went above and beyond to deliver. We had a tricky assumption loan and were having trouble with the lender getting in contact with us to start the process. Cheri jumped in and helped reach the right contact, walked us through the complexity of the transaction, and offered advice as if she were the buyer. We felt comfortable asking any question and Cheri was honest. It’s exactly what we needed and she was a perfect fit for us!
